Some parks invite a long, carefully planned day. Pebble Hill Park works beautifully for something simpler: a walk, a little fresh air and space for your dog to run safely.
This multi-use Tsawwassen park sits partly above Metro Vancouver reservoirs and stretches beneath the BC Hydro right-of-way. Its mix of walking trails, sports facilities and a purpose-built off-leash area makes it a practical local choice when you want several options in one place.
A Dog Park Designed with More Thought
The enclosed off-leash area is divided into two separate sections: a smaller space for small dogs and a larger all-dog area. The small-dog section has a wood-chip surface, while the larger section combines wood chips and gravel.
Benches, waste receptacles, drainage improvements and an accessible paved pathway make the space straightforward and easy to use. The low timber fencing and mature trees along the edge give it a more natural character than a typical urban dog run.
Outside the dog area, Pebble Hill Park also includes walking trails, sports fields and courts, a softball diamond and a bike pump track.

Before You Go
Dogs may be off leash only inside the signed designated area. Keep your dog leashed while entering and leaving, within sight and under verbal control at all times.
An up-to-date dog licence tag is required, owners must clean up after their pets and no more than two dogs are permitted per person. Dogs are not allowed near or on sports fields, playgrounds or school grounds.
The City of Delta announced that initial improvements connected with the Coast-to-Coast Trail were expected to begin in Pebble Hill Park in summer 2026. Follow posted signs and check for temporary changes to trail access when you arrive.
